Shelle was wonderful! I had her come out and give me a second estimate for a repair to my engineered flooring. I had another company out before her and the estimate I was given was $632. Shelle looked at it and she said she could fix it in 15 minutes and would come back when she had the proper supplies. She came back on her afternoon off, fixed the scratches...and did not charge me! She is honest, very well informed, polite and a very caring person. I cannot recommend her and her company enough!!

Shelley Thompson, the owner, is very professional and kind and her assistant Haley, is super easy to work with. Their work crew are wonderful folks that take pride in doing a good job. We had some significant delays due to move out of the previous tenants and health issues and they were more than happy to work around them. They really went the extra mile for us and I am happy to recommend Knot Just Floors.

Knot Just Floors did an amazing job on our floors. The entire experience was excellent. Hailey was always quick to answer all of my questions, she was always on time to every appointment. I was never left waiting. She encouraged me to take samples home and see how they worked in my home. The installation was faster than I would have ever expected. They had about 2000 sqft done in 2 days. The installation crew was amazing and demonstrated hard work and focus the entire day. I felt very comfortable with them in my home. I would recommend Knot Just Floors to anyone looking to install new flooring.

Back in March, I hired Knot Just Floors to refinish some hardwood floors. I had just bought my home and the floors were in pretty rough shape. Shelley, Hailey, Patrick, and the whole crew did an excellent job. Some spots had been heavily damaged by pet accidents, not to mention the wear and tear that had accumulated over the decades (this being a circa 1948 home). There were also spots that required patching, as obsolete HVAC registers/returns served no purpose. Their restoration work was truly masterful--the craftsmanship and skill are evident from the final product. Shelley was also very easy to work with on scheduling, and the work was done within the estimated time frame. I would highly recommend Knot Just Floors to anyone!

The crucial point for any contractor was the presence of a manager or trained expert at all times who could speak English and took pride in their work. This contractor truly cared about the customer and double checked at every point that the work was what was desired. Excellent company.

Knot Just Floors did an amazing job transforming our flooring. They laced in new flooring to existing floors and then sanded and stained them to all match. It turned out perfect! They were professional and fast. I highly recommend them!
